Fractional C-Level Advisory

You don't need more hype.
You need an operator.

Strategic advisory and operational execution for combat sports promotions and investors who are done guessing and ready to build.

The cost of poor execution in combat sports is enormous — bad shows, wasted capital, reputational damage that takes years to undo.

Most fight promotions don't fail because of a lack of talent or capital. They fail because no one in the room has actually built one before. Strategy decks don't run events. Operators do.

01

Running Like a Friends & Family Project

You're treating your promotion like a hobby or side project, not a real business. No operational infrastructure, no systems thinking, no path to scale. You're wearing every hat and making decisions on the fly.

02

Events Are the Product (They're Not)

You think the event is the product. It's not. Content is the product. You're leaving tens of millions of views on the table because you don't think content-first. Every event should be a content engine, not a one-off show.

03

No Understanding of the Bigger Picture

You don't see distribution, brand architecture, or IP development. You're focused on the next event instead of building a compounding asset. You don't speak the language of investors: pre-seed, seed, Series A, ROI, fundraising mechanics.

04

You Don't Know What You Don't Know

You've never been around real capital or institutional-grade operators. You're flying blind. You need someone who has been in the chair at every level — fighter, entrepreneur, executive, promoter — and can show you what you're missing.

The Rare Combination

Fighter. Media entrepreneur. Apparel brand owner. Event organizer. C-suite executive. Operator around institutional capital. Not many people have touched every side of combat sports. Adam has.

The Fighter

World Karate Champion. 3x World Championship medalist. World Games gold. 12x National Champion. 16 years on the Hungarian national team.

The Entrepreneur

Built Hungary's leading UFC broadcast and media outlet. Co-founded an apparel and clothing brand. Organized Central Europe's largest martial arts expo and elite BJJ invitationals.

The Executive

Co-creator of Karate Combat. Served as COO and League President for 6 years. Built a global league with cinematic production, millions of followers, major sponsors, and institutional investment backing.

The Operator

Co-founded Dirty Boxing Championship with Mike Perry. Built the entire product from concept in 6 months — licensed, branded, ring designed, systems built. Exposed to millions of dollars of institutional investment, crypto, and unconventional production spending (VFX, cinematic production).

Adam S. Kovacs — Karate Combat League President

Adam S. Kovacs

Founder & CEO, SKOVAX Entertainment

Born and raised in Hungary, now based in Florida. Over 30 years in combat sports. Adam has been on every side: fighter, media entrepreneur, apparel brand owner, event organizer, C-suite executive, and operator around institutional capital. Very few people in combat sports have touched all of these.

He started as a world-class competitor (World Karate Champion, 3x medalist). Then he built his own businesses: Hungary's leading UFC broadcast and media outlet, an apparel brand, and organized the region's largest martial arts events. He co-created Karate Combat and served as COO and League President for 6 years, building a global league with cinematic production, millions of followers, major sponsors, and institutional backing. In 2024, he co-founded Dirty Boxing Championship with Mike Perry, building the entire product from concept in 6 months — licensed, branded, ring designed, systems built. Throughout, he's been exposed to millions of dollars of institutional investment, crypto, and unconventional production spending.

Today, Adam runs SKOVAX Entertainment — a boutique advisory firm. He works with 2–3 clients at a time: investors entering combat sports, promotions ready to professionalize, and founders building fight IP. His network spans 25+ years in combat sports: fighters, promoters, investors, broadcasters, production crews, and global organizations. He brings not just strategy, but direct access to the ecosystem.

Total Kombat: From Local Events to National Television in 90 Days

Total Kombat came to Adam after their first show. They had energy and ambition, but no brand architecture, no content strategy, and no clear path to growth. They were running their promotion like a friends-and-family project, not a real business. They didn't know what they didn't know. Adam worked with them weekly for three months through the 12-Week Executive Transformation framework.

He fixed the branding, defined the product and mission, identified untapped revenue streams, and built out a comprehensive content strategy. He also brought in his network: a social media manager (still with them today), a PR professional, on-air talent, and an art director.

Dirty Boxing Championship: Built From Concept to Licensed Promotion in 6 Months

In 2024, Adam teamed up with Mike Perry and First Round Management to create an entirely new combat sports property. As founding CEO, he built the entire product from scratch: secured the Florida promoter's license, designed the ring, created the brand identity (name, logo, look and feel), and built all operational systems and processes.

Dirty Boxing Championship debuted in Miami with massive online reach and strong traction across the industry. The project is still running today — a testament to the durability of the systems Adam put in place.

This Is Not for Everyone

Adam is selective about who he works with. This is a small market, and reputation matters more than revenue.

Built For

  • Combat sports investors with capital ready to deploy
  • Existing promotions struggling to scale or professionalize
  • Executives and operators who need strategic clarity
  • Founders building fight IP who want an experienced co-pilot
  • People with money, brains, or genuinely interesting projects

Not a Fit

  • Individual fighters looking for management or sponsorship deals
  • Anyone looking for a sponsorship broker — Adam builds infrastructure, not rolodexes
  • General event production or concert/festival work
  • "Pick your brain" calls with no budget or timeline
  • Projects that aren't serious about execution
